The latest jewel in the Queen City’s sporting crown will feature play between four of the original Jordan Brand-sponsored programs — uniquely showcasing both men’s and women’s teams — while also celebrating basketball culture like only the Jordan Brand can, bringing the energy to Charlotte. Be ready to witness the evolution of college basketball this December during the third annual Jumpman Invitational presented by Novant Health.

Hornets Sports & Entertainment Unveils Updated Plans For Phase Two Of Reimagine Spectrum Center Renovation Project
Hornets Sports & Entertainment (HSE) today unveiled updated plans and renderings for the second phase of its Re!magine Spectrum Center arena renovation project, with construction recommencing earlier this month following the conclusion of the 2025-26 NBA season. The extensive two-phased renovation project – which includes a range of significant highly visible and back-of-house upgrades – began in May 2024 and will result in a transformed arena. Spectrum Center will reopen its doors to tip off the NBA season as well as celebrate its 20th anniversary in October 2025. -

Hornets Announce Community and Fan-Focused Multiyear Partnership With Belk
Hornets Sports & Entertainment (HSE) today announced a wide-ranging multiyear partnership with Belk under which the Charlotte-based retailer becomes the first-ever entitlement partner of Spectrum Center’s Main Concourse, as well as the entitlement partner of the arena’s new Light Rail Entrance.
