ADA Seating

Spectrum Center takes pride in its efforts to meet the needs of all guests.

The arena satisfies, and in many cases, exceeds the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Should you have any specific questions, please contact arenainfo@hornets.com. Below are some of the services available to our guests with disabilities:

Access to Spectrum Center

We recommend that guests with disabilities access the arena on the Fifth Street side near the disabled drop-off location (just in front of the door). Guests with disabilities also can access the arena through the Trade Street entrance and use the elevator located directly inside the main entrance.

Wheelchair and Companion Seating

Wheelchair-accessible seating (and companion seating) is available throughout Spectrum Center for purchase, based on availability. To purchase wheelchair-accessible and companion seating, please call (704) 688-8128. Spectrum Center reserves the right to take appropriate action, including cancellation of tickets and other legal remedies, against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair-accessible or companion seating.

Assistive Listening System (ALS)

Spectrum Center has been equipped with the most advanced ALS. Assisted listening devices are available to guests who are hard of hearing, blind or partially sighted at no charge at Guest Services (just off the main lobby outside of section 102). A driver’s license, credit card or some form of identification will be required as a deposit. Guests who choose to bring their own headset and receiver may access the system on a standard FM broadcast.

Guide Dogs and Service Animals

Animals are not allowed in Spectrum Center; however, an exception is made for guests with guide dogs or service animals. Please contact Guest Services at (704) 688-8128 if any accommodations are required.

Interpreting Services

Guests requiring interpreting services for concerts should contact Guest Services at (704) 688-8128 no later than three weeks after concert ticket sales begin.
