Greensboro-based Honda Aircraft Company Becomes Naming Rights Partner For Newly Transformed HondaJet Courtside Club at Spectrum Center, Extending Its Footprint From The Triad to Charlotte

October 16, 2025 — Hornets Sports & Entertainment (HSE) and Honda Aircraft Company today announced a multi-year partnership that brings together two North Carolina-based organizations known for innovation, performance and community impact. As part of the agreement, Honda Aircraft Company will become a Proud Partner of the Charlotte Hornets and receive naming rights to the Event Level’s Courtside Club at Spectrum Center — now officially named the HondaJet Courtside Club. Honda Aircraft Company remains a Proud Partner of the Greensboro Swarm, serving as the Presenting Partner of the Swarm’s upcoming 10^th anniversary celebration.

The HondaJet Courtside Club, a premium hospitality space renovated during phase one of Spectrum Center’s transformation last year, is undergoing a dynamic rebrand to feature Honda Aircraft Company’s signature branding. The HondaJet Courtside Club will continue to offer fans an elevated experience that reflects the sleek sophistication synonymous with HondaJet aircraft.

The partnership was unveiled last night during the Hornets’ preseason game against the Memphis Grizzlies at Greensboro’s First Horizon Coliseum, with a video and on-court moment featuring executives from Honda Aircraft Company and Hornets Sports & Entertainment. A ribbon-cutting celebration for the HondaJet Courtside Club will take place prior to the Hornets’ Home Opener on Wednesday, October 22.
